Technically not a "hot sauce" it's fruity by way of tamarind and raisins.

King of taste when applied to cheese on toast, grilled cheese or whatever you choose to call it.

The Brutal Bajan.

Not nearly as brutal as you might expect by reading the label, still xx hot but it comes into it's own by being mustardy and rich with Habaneros blasting ring sting sharpness through. Most excellent with huevos rancheros

Windmill Products' Hot Pepper Sauce

Holy shit. Just found a place that sells this in edinburgh, when i saw it on the shelf i very nearly shit myself. Possibly the best thing you will ever eat.

A lot less industial that the bottle would lead you to believe. Eggs, pizza, cheese on toast, fuck this would probably even be good with ice cream.

Well, Livi produced nothing, it pissed it down as soon as we got there.
